Direct Support Professional
AKA Empowerment Enthusiast – energizes and motivates people to flourish.
As a DSP you will help adults living with developmental disabilities to live independently in their homes and to become integrated into their community by teaching, modeling, and encouraging skills and behaviors.
This position explores the community and finds fun, inexpensive activities in which our clients can participate. DSPs help each client work toward their contract goals by providing a safe and supportive environment.

Job coach
AKA Professional Propeller – inspires employees to soar to new heights.
As a job coach, your primary responsibility is to help clients integrate into their job successfully. This involves supporting them in developing the skills and knowledge needed to perform their job duties effectively, while also helping them build relationships within the workplace.
Your work is essential in ensuring that clients experience success in all areas of their performance, with the ultimate goal of becoming as independent as possible. You will work closely with clients to identify their strengths and weaknesses, set goals, and create action plans that will help them achieve their objectives at work.
Employment specialists
AKA Workforce Wizard – works magic to cultivate the right job.
As an employment specialist, your primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive employment case management services to help clients find rewarding employment opportunities. You will use your analytical and problem-solving skills to assess each individual’s abilities and interests to find the best job match.
Your work will involve supporting clients in their job search and application processes, including creating resumes, cover letters, and preparing for interviews. You will also develop and secure job opportunities in the community through your relationships with local employers.
