Our services
Community Services
We offer a community program that fosters friendship, promotes learning opportunities, and emphasizes inclusiveness through events, activities, and classes.
As a trusted and established agency, our community program provides Attendant Care services and Day Support Activity services. Trellis’ direct support professionals will help clients meet their goals for independence at home or in the local community.
Employment Services
We believe, and our long experience has proven time and time again, that many people who experience a disability bring very specific, and valuable skills to the workforce.
We advocate for individuals, facilitating opportunities to explore a variety of career pathways, assisting in the job search, and providing on-the-job coaching support for as long as necessary.
